4th Of July Pop Rocks Martini

If you really want to celebrate Independence Day with some fireworks, try setting off this 4th of July Pop Rocks Martini in your mouth. This electric blue cocktail combines watermelon vodka, Blue Curaçao, and lemon lime soda, plus a liberal rimming of Pop Rocks that will set off one heck of a salivary celebration. 4th OF JULY POP ROCKS MARTINI 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Watermelon Vodka 1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curaçao 1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Lime Soda Juice of 1/2 Lime Garnish: Strawberry Pop Rocks Candy/Cherry PREPARATION 1. Rim edge of martini glass in lime juice and strawberry pop rocks. Set aside. 2. In an ice filled glass combine watermelon vodka, blue curaçao and lime juice. Shake well. 3. Strain mix into rimmed glass and top with lemon lime soda. 4. Drop in a cherry. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
