Absolut Melon Mojito

The Absolut Melon Mojito is a new twist on the classic cocktail, but be forewarned you'll need to have some real (melon) balls to try it. This little taste of the tropics combines coconut and watermelon rums, melon liqueur, lemon lime soda, watermelon balls, and a few other ingredients that will have you finally remembering that life can be a real beach. ABSOLUT MELON MOJITO 1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum 1 oz. (30ml) Watermelon Rum Splash Melon Liqueur 1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup 1 oz. (30ml) Sweet & Sour Splash Lemon Lime Soda Watermelon Balls Mint Garnish: Lime slice, Mini vodka bottle PREPARATION 1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine coconut rum, watermelon rum, simple syrup, and sweet & sour mix. Shake well. 2. Build a glass using ice, watermelon balls and mint. 3. Strain mix over and top with lemon lime soda. 4. Add a splash of melon liqueur and garnish with a lime wheel and a mini vodka bottle. DRINK RESPONSIBLY! *Recipe by IG: @beachbartender
