Anything For Selenas

Here's another delectable one-off cocktail made by one of our mixologists. It's called the Anything For Selenas, and once you've had one of these, you'll do anything for a second. It contains a mix of reposado tequila, grapefruit liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and heavy cream, plus some aperitif bitters, grapefruit soda and an egg white. ANYTHING FOR SELENAS 2 oz. (60ml) Reposado Tequila 1 oz. (30ml) Grapefruit Liqueur 1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice 1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup 1 oz. (30ml) Heavy Cream 3 dashes Aperitif Bitters 1 egg white Grapefruit Soda Garnish: Grapefruit slice PREPARATION 1. In a mixing glass, combine reposado tequila, grapefruit liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, heavy cream, bitters, and egg white. Shake well with ice. 2. Remove ice and shake again to create foam. 3. Strain mix into a tall glass and leave room. 4. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. DRINK RESPONSIBLY! *Created by IG: @CocktailsByHawk
