Plain gelatin
1 tbsp
Whipped cream

Preparation

Heat cream soda until just bubbling and add plain gelatin

Stir well and leave to cool

Add maple syrup vodka and pour into shot glasses

Place in refrigerator until solid

Add whipped cream and garnish with bacon crumbles and maple syrup
