Add vanilla pudding, milk, creme de banana and chocolate vodka to small bowl and whisk until smooth

Fold in whipped topping and spoon into small single serve cups

Place in freezer to set

Once set, garnish with a banana slice, whipped cream, cherry, chocolate sauce and sprinkles
