Bananas Foster Martini

Bust out with this Bananas Foster Martini for a mellow, yellow dessert drink. This boozy, liquified take on the classic dessert contains vanilla vodka, banana liqueur, caramel syrup, and half and half. Garnish with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a banana slice to really help imposter the original Foster. BANANAS FOSTER MARTINI 2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Vanilla Vodka 2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Banana Liqueur 1 oz. (30ml) Caramel Syrup 1 oz. (30ml) Half & Half Garnish: Brown Sugar/Cinnamon/Banana Slice PREPARATION 1. Rim edge of martini glass in caramel syrup and a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. 2. In an ice filled glass combine vanilla vodka, banana liqueur, caramel syrup and half & half. Shake well to thoroughly combine. 3. Strain mix into rimmed glass and garnish with a banana slice.
