Banoffee Pie Shots

These Banoffee Pie Shots are as sweet as the dessert for which they're named. They combine crème de banane, caramel vodka, half and half, and caramel syrup. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a banana slice to add a bit more of a sugar rush to your pie shooter. BANOFFEE PIE SHOTS 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Creme De Bananas 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Caramel Vodka 1 oz. (30ml) Half & Half 1/2 oz. (15ml) Caramel Syrup Garnish: Graham Cracker Crumbs/Whipped Cream/Banana Slice/Chocolate Shavings PREPARATION 1. Rim edge of shot glass with caramel sauce and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside. 2. In an ice filled shaking glass combine creme de bananas, caramel vodka, half and half and caramel sauce. Shake well. 3. Strain mix into shot glass and top with whipped cream. 4. Add a banana slice and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
