Blood Moon

Beware of the Blood Moon 'cause this drink will bring out the beast in you. This farmers' market cocktail created by a master mixologist combines Reposado tequila, lime juice, blood orange juice, simple syrup, saline, and rhubarb liqueur. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel for a crispy slice of something crimson. BLOOD MOON 11/2 oz. (15ml) Reposado Tequila 3/4 oz. (22ml) Lime Juice 3/4 oz. (22ml) Blood Orange Juice 1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup 1/2 oz. (15ml) Rhubarb Liqueur 2 drops Saline Garnish: Dehydrated Blood Orange Wheel PREPARATION: 1. In a mixing glass, squeeze in fresh blood orange juice and lime juice. Add simple syrup, rhubarb liqueur, Reposado tequila, and drop in saline. 2. Add ice and shake well. 3. Strain mix into a serving glass and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
