This Blue Bird #2 cocktail, or simple Blue Bird cocktail, is a brilliant light blue drink that'll have you feeling fly. The Blue Bird #2 mixes up gin, Blue Curaçao, and a dash of bitters, and is garnished with an orange peel for a little extra twitter of bitters. BLUE BIRD #2 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Gin 1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curacao 1 Dash of Bitters Garnish: Orange Twist PREPARATION 1. Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. 2. Garnish with a orange twist. Serve! DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
