Blue Hawaii

Forget about crossing the Pacific Ocean, just bust out with one of these Blue Hawaii cocktails and you'll be feeling like you're on vacation in no time. The Blue Hawaii combines vodka, light rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour. For some extra island vibes, garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and cherry and drop it all into a Tiki glass. BLUE HAWAII 3/4 oz. (22ml) Vodka 3/4 oz. (22ml) Light Rum 1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curacao 3 oz. (90ml) Pineapple Juice 1 oz. (30ml) Sweet & Sour Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Cherry PREPARATION 1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over vodka, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice and sweet and sour. Shake well. 2. Strain mix over ice in serving glass. 3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
