Preparation

Rim edge of serving glass with lime juice and celery salt

Add vodka, lime juice, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, pepper and clamato juice

Stir well and top with ice

CAESAR
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1 Tsp Horseradish
3-4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
3-4 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
8 oz. (240ml) Clamato Juice
Pinch Black Pepper
Garnish: Celery Salt/Slider/Bacon/Celery/Olives/Pickle
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of serving glass with lime juice and celery salt.
2. Add vodka, lime juice, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, pepper and clamato juice. Stir well and top with ice.
