Preparation

Add ice to shaker

Add 1.5 oz Rum to shaker

Add 1 oz Amaretto to shaker

Add 1.5 oz Orange juice to shaker

Add 1.5 oz Pineapple juice

Shake the mixture well in shaker

Strain the mixture into an ice filled glass

Add 1 dash Grenadine

Cut an orange slice for garnishing

CARIBBEAN ROMANCE
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Amaretto
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice
Dash Grenadine
Garnish: Orange Slice/Cherry
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, rum, amaretto, orange juice and pineapple juice to shaker and shake well.
2. Strain into an ice filled glass and add grenadine. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
