The Cherry Lime Mojito is a rare mojito mix up that may rival the classic cocktail on which it's based in terms of taste. This tasty, fun rum cocktail mixes up simple syrup, club soda, and lime juice for a slightly sweeter take on the classic mojito. Garnish with lime wedges, mint leaves, to capture all of that classic mojito sexiness. CHERRY LIME MOJITO 2 oz. (60ml) Rum 1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup 1 oz. (30ml) Club Soda 1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice Cherries Lime Wedges Mint Leaves Garnish: Lime Wedge/Cherry/Mint Sprig PREPARATION 1. Add cherries, mint leaves and simple syrup, to base of glass and muddle well. 2.
