This simple green vodka cocktail combines melon liqueur, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, and bitters, and is garnished with a lemon wheel and crystallized ginger for some extra sour, funky flavors.
HONEYDEW GINGER MARTINI
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
Dash Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Wheel/Crystallized Ginger
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over vodka, melon liqueur, ginger liqueur, lemon juice and bitters. Shake well.
