In terms of the actual Jolly Rancher Shots, the recipe calls for blue curacao, Watermelon Pucker, and yes, a splash of Everclear. If you haven't heard of Everclear, according to the Everclear Wikipedia page, it is "a brand name of rectified spirit (also known as grain alcohol and neutral spirit) produced by the American company Luxco (formerly known as the David Sherman Corporation)." JOLLY RANCHER SHOT 1 Part Blue Curacao 1 Part Watermelon Pucker Splash Everclear PREPARATION 1. Pour blue curaçao into base of shot glass before layering watermelon pucker on top. 2.
