Muddle Jalapeño in glass

Wild Mexican mixology cocktails do not get more mouthwatering than this No Problemo mixed drink. This spicy gin cocktail recipe combines gin, green chartreuse, ancho chile liqueur, lemon juice, brown sugar simple syrup, and aromatic bitters, and is garnished with a candied jalapeño to max out those spicy Mexican drink vibes.
NO PROBLEMO
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Gin
1/2 oz. (15ml) Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz. (15ml) Ancho Chile Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. (22ml) Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Garnish: Candied Jalapeño in Chartreuse*
PREPARATION
1. Muddle a couple Jalapeño slices in the base of a shaking glass.
2. Add ice, liquors, and mixers. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into serving glass and garnish with a candied Jalapeño slice in Chartreuse.
*Slice Jalapeño pepper and soak in brown sugar simple syrup, white sugar and roast. Let sit in Green Chartreuse for a few hours or as long as desired.
