It's the Pollyanna cocktail, people, and it is a little gin drink dream. This gorgeous fruity gin cocktail recipe combines gin, sweet vermouth, grenadine, orange slices, and pineapple slices, and is garnished with a pineapple skewer for even more citrus mixed drink deliciousness. POLLYANNA 2 oz. (60ml) Gin 1/2 oz. (15ml) Sweet Vermouth Splash of Grenadine 3 Slices Orange 3 Slices Pineapple Garnish: Pineapple Skewer PREPARATION 1. Muddle the fruit in base of glass and add ice. 2. Pour over gin, sweet vermouth and grenadine. Shake well. 3. Strain into martini glass and garnish. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
