Here we go people, it's the Raspotini cocktail, and it is wild. This Cointreau cocktail mixes up gin, dry vermouth, lime juice, and raspberries, and is honestly one of the smoothest raspberry mixed drinks out there.
RASPOTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Cointreau
1/2 oz. (15ml) Gin
1/2 oz. (15ml) Dry Vermouth
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
3 Raspberries
PREPARATION
1. Muddle raspberries in base of glass before adding ice.
2. Squeeze over lime juice, cointreau and gin and shake.
3. Strain into glass and top with dry vermouth. Stir.
