Watermelon vodka

Watermelon
Red jello
3 oz
Gelatin
2 tbsp
Hot water

Preparation

Cut watermelon in half and scoop out flesh

Combine hot water, gelatin and red jello and stir until combined

Leave to cool

Once mix has cooled, add vodka and pour into hollow watermelon

Refrigerate until solid then slice to serve
