White rum

Pineapple juice

Orange juice
0.5 cup
Ice cubes

Pineapple skewers

Brush pineapple spears with honey

Insert wooden skewer along length of each pineapple spear

Ensure grill is hot, then grill pineapple skewers over medium-high heat, turning as needed, for 3 to 5 minutes or until well-marked and caramelized

In two batches, pour Bahama Mama, rum, pineapple juice and orange juice into blender

Add ice; purée until smooth
