Lemon juice

Simple syrup

Preparation

In a shaking glass or tin, muddle 3 cherry tomatoes and 3 basil leaves thoroughly

Add Shōchū, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice

Shake well

Rim the edge of your serving glass with a lemon wedge and salt and pepper

Strain the mix over ice and garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil
