Mezcal
2 oz
Yuzu juice
1 oz
Agave
1 oz
Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz
Rum
Gear

Preparation

In a shaking glass or tin, combine mezcal, yuzu juice, agave syrup, and grapefruit juice

Add ice and shake well

Strain mix into a glass over ice and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a black sea salt

Place a sugar cube that has been soaked in a 151 proof rum and ignite

Garnish: Dehydrated Lime wheel, black sea salt, sugar cube soaked in overproof rum
PREPARATION
