Don fermin reposado
2 oz
Fresh ginger syrup
0.75 oz
Ice
Simple syrup
0.25 oz
Angostura bitters
3 dashes
Saline solution
3 drops
Cherry
Water
Mint
Gear

Preparation

Using a funnel, pour in some Reposado tequila into a bottle or container, light some smoked cherrywood, and enclose it with the tequila

Set aside

In a glass, squeeze some lime juice, add some ginger syrup and simple syrup, angostura bitters, saline solution, and pour in the smoked tequila

Add ice and shake well

Top with soda water, crushed ice, mint, and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel

SMOKING GUN TEQUILA MULE
2 oz. (60ml) Don Fermin Reposado
