Combine apple infused gin, apple juice, fall falernum, and egg white in a shaker and shake well

Add ice and shake again

Strain mix into a glass and top with ginger ale

1 oz. (30ml) Fall Falernum (Walnut & Cinnamon)

Ginger Ale
Garnish: Ground Cinnamon/Cinnamon Spiral
PREPARATION
