1.5 oz
Dry vermouth
0.5 oz
Simple syrup
1 splash
Strawberries
Gear
Martini Glass
Basic Bar Tools
Preparation

Rim edge of martini glass in sugar and set aside

Place strawberries in base of mixing glass and add a splash of simple syrup

Muddle well

Add ice to glass and pour over vodka and dry vermouth

Shake well

Strain mix into sugar rimmed glass and garnish with a strawberry
