Rim edge of serving glass with salt and lime zest

Set aside

Drop pineapple chunks into base of glass and add lime juice

Muddle well

Add ice, tequila, triple sec and pineapple juice and shake thoroughly

Add crushed ice to serving glass and strain mix over

2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Tequila
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Triple Sec
1 oz. (30ml Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
Splash Club Soda

Garnish: Lime Wedge
PREPARATION
