Very gently remove the tops off of eggs and clean out all the contents

Allow to dry

Using food coloring and sugar, coat eggshells in different colors

Set aside and let dry

In a blender, combine whipped cream vodka, condensed sweetened milk, and ice

Blend thoroughly until smooth

Pour mix into painted eggs and garnish with coconut flakes
